A Stephen Sondheim musical based on the memoirs of the life and times of burlesque dancer, Gypsy Rose Lee.  Mama rose lives to see her daughter June succeed on Broadway by way of Vaudeville.  When June marries and leaves, Rose turns her hopes on her elder, less talented daughter Louise. However, having her headline as a stripper at Minsky’s Burlesque, is not what she initially had in mind. Hear songs like “Everything’s Coming Up Roses,” “Let Me Entertain You” “Together Wherever We Go” and “You Gotta Get A Gimmick.”
