At the Plantation on Crystal River, we will fully immerse ourselves in the authentic thrill and adventure of Florida’s nature coast where we explore Kings Bay – home to many West Indian Manatees! We will take a 1-hour scenic cruise around the Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge. Our captain will share the history of the area and point out local wildlife where otters, Manatees, dolphins and turtles are often spotted, as well as a variety of beautiful birds. Afterwards we head to the famed Homasassa Springs State Wildlife Park with its unique Manatee Underwater Observatory. Watch them swim by and look inquisitively at you for that perfect photo! Discover the wild side of Florida with endangered Florida panther, red wolf, manatee and whooping crane, plus black bear, bobcat, alligators, key deer, flamingos and, of course, the oldest living hippopotamus, Lou. Lunch is included, Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Francaise, with salad and dessert, at the lovely Plantation at Crystal River Resort. 4 Seats Left
