CHRISTMAS IN THE PARK featuring the Tiffany Windows from the Morse Museum outdoors in Central Park at night plus a Choral Concert.
The Morse Museum helps launch the holiday season in Winter Park when it lights up seven beautiful Tiffany windows, all with religious themes, at 6:15pm in Central Park on Park Avenue. They also present the Bach Festival Choir and Brass Ensemble in concert. This November is the 45th annual celebration of “Christmas in the Park” a tradition started by Hugh and Jeannette McKean, the Morse Museum’s benefactors in 1979. Bring a folding lawn chair, and they may be set up starting at 4pm. A warm blanket and a thermos of your favorite drink and you’re ready to enjoy this beautiful event! You’ll have time for dinner on your own from 4pm until 6pm and it concludes at 8pm leaving you with the Spirit of the Holiday Season.
