Call Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. at 386-788-0208 to check on the availability of a tour and to sign-up. Payment in full is required within 7-days on all Day Trips. For Cruises and Overnight Tours, a Deposit is required, along with a Tour Member Sign-up Form and an Emergency Contact Form.


Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. accepts PERSONAL CHECKS in US Funds and ZELLE PAYMENTS.   Zelle® is Bank-backed APP and a fast, safe and easy way to send money to companies you trust – no matter where they bank and there is never a fee charged.  Simply contact your bank by phone or online to sign up.   Payment is due upon booking.  Mail checks, payable to Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, 1648 Taylor Rd. #505, Port Orange, FL 32128-6743.  Please put the tour date on the bottom of your check. Checks must be received within 10 business days of reservation date to avoid cancellation.  Once your payment has been received, a tour confirmation with tour departure times, pickup locations, menu, itinerary etc., will be emailed or mailed to the person whose name & address is on the check.  If you are a winter resident with a temporary address, please give us your local contact information and cell phone number.


Seats on the coach are assigned two days before tour departure. Seats are assigned from front to back in the order that we received payment. If you have a special seating request or a physical handicap, please let us know at time of booking your reservation. If you have motion sickness and need to sit near the front of the bus, you must provide a Medical Doctors note.  If you are a single, don’t assume that the seat next to you will be vacant. We try our best to keep friends together, but please understand it is sometimes hard with odd numbers in a party or if someone signs up much later than the others. On Overnight Tours, we rotate seats on a daily basis. Our motor coaches hold 56 passengers, all have restrooms, reclining seats with arm rests, foot rests, cup holders, overhead store bins, DVD & CD Players, Free WiFi, Electrical Outlets and kneeling capability so steps are easy to navigate.  If you accidentally leave a personal item on the bus, please call our office and we will do everything possible to find your item and return it to you.


Please confirm pickup location at time of booking reservation. Our regular Bus pickup locations are: ORMOND BEACH at the Wal-Mart Parking Lot at the corner of I-95 and Granada Blvd., PORT ORANGE at Target on Dunlawton Ave. by I-95, and NEW SMYRNA BEACH at the Wal-Mart Parking Lot on SR 44, west of I-95. We sometimes pickup at the Orange City Park ‘n Drive at Saxon & I-4 when the bus is going West. Tours going north we will pickup at the Staples in Palm Coast. We may have additional pickup locations with 35 or more guests, please ask for details. Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. and the Parking Lot Owners accepts no responsibility for any vehicles left a these locations.


Should you cancel your tour for any reason, any refund will be as a Future Tour Credit and will be given only if we are without penalty & the seat is resold from our waiting list. However, most tickets for Day Trips and Overnight Tours without airline tickets are transferable, if you  call us with the name change. No Shows or a Missed Bus will not receive a refund. Cancellations are always subject to each Tour Vendor and vary for each tour. Any cancellations by Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. prior to tour departure, due to a lack of guest bookings, will be Refunded in Full within 7 days.


Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. is license to sell and highly recommends Cancellation Travel Protection Insurance.  This company will reimburse you for cancellation fees in the event you must cancel your tour due to a valid medical reason, you must seek medical attention on the day of the cancellation and the doctor states that you cannot travel. This coverage includes medical insurance, as Medicare does NOT cover you if you depart the USA. It also covers Emergency Medical Evacuation for Medi-flights to the nearest hospital best able to serve your needs, Baggage loss, Trip delay and even cancellations due to recent Acts of Terrorism, Airline, Cruise Lines or Tour Companies that go out of business and most natural disasters.


The Bus Driver works hard to ensure that your tour is kept on schedule, the bus is clean, comfortable, and so everyone arrives safely. Your driver’s gratuities are NOT included in the price of your tour. The industry suggestion for Day Trips is $2.00 to $3.00 per person, per day, and will be collected by the Group Tour Director at the end of the tour.  Typically on Overnight Tours, hotel portage for 1 Bag per person is included in the price of your tour. The industry suggestion for Driver Gratuities on Overnight Tours is $5 to $6.00 per person, per day. Remember your driver sees that your luggage is handled with care and accounted for, the bus is cleaned daily, water is iced and the bus temperature is kept at a comfortable temperature. The Industry suggestion for tipping of services of a guide narrating a city tour or docent at an attraction or museum is $1/per person. Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. will take single names upon request, and provide your name & phone number to other single, same gender people looking to share the room on a tour or cruise. We suggest you meet for coffee or lunch to talk about the tour and your compatibility before booking.


Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. does NOT discriminate against persons on the basis of disability. We seek to accommodate the needs of all of our passengers so they are able to enjoy our tours. Motorized scooters, electric wheelchairs and walkers are accommodated, provided they fit in the baggage compartment under the coach, and the driver is not expected to load motorized wheelchairs.  Our coaches “Kneel” which makes boarding easier. Unfortunately at this time, our coaches do not accommodate wheelchair bound guests. All guests must be able to board the motor coach on their own. If you have any special physical needs we can assign a seat close to the front.  If you have motion sickness and need to sit hear the front of the bus, you must provide a doctors note.  Please let us know of any special dietary requests at time of booking. We will certainly try to accommodate all special requests, but it may be up to the individual restaurants.  Absolutely no one can be left on the bus while the rest of the group is off, and we will do all we can to find a suitable place for you to sit.


For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. operates only Non-Smoking Tours. We stop every 2 to 3 hours for “Stretch & Smoke Breaks.” We ask that you smoke away from the door of the coach.  Please do not wear Perfume or Cologne on the bus as many have allergies or asthma and we are in a very close atmosphere.  If heavy perfume is detected, you will be denied boarding and there will not be a refund.  We are sorry but this policy is strictly enforced.


Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. is a tour operator, licensed by the state of Florida to sell travel and travel insurance. Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. organizes and sells tours consisting of services such as airline, cruises, trains, motor coaches, sightseeing, hotel accommodations and meals, all of which are purchased or reserved by Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. The suppliers providing these services for Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. are independent contractors and are not employees of agents of Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. Therefore Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. shall not be responsible for breach of contract or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers. Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. reserves the right to substitute for similar quality, change, postpone, cancel or deviate from any scheduled itinerary and shall not be liable for any loss incurred by a guest. Furthermore, Royal Coach Tours & Cruises, Inc. reserves the right to decline, refuse acceptance of any individual and in the opinion of the escort, to disembark any guest whose presence, to the detriment of the other guests, disrupts the operation comfort or safety of the tour.  In such cases, the guest shall not be entitled to any refund and must assume all expenses, risks and responsibilities once gone from the tour. The traveler’s retention of tour confirmation, deposited reservations or money received on a booking, shall constitute a consent to all the above and agree to convey the contents hereto to his/her traveling companions.
